The project entailed the complete construction of a municipal park over two phases. This included erosion and sediment controls, grubbing, grading, stormwater connections, drainage, and irrigation systems with tie-ins. The work also covered concrete paving, curbs, walls, and stairs. Additionally, the scope included steelwork and carpentry for timber fencing, railings, seating, and stairs, as well as the supply and installation of all site furnishings, play equipment, a skate park, and timber play structures.
