The work included final grading, planting, installation of turf, root barriers, modular block and wood retaining walls, wood fencing, and trellises.
Additionally, it included the installation of area drainage, gravel drip strips, irrigation systems, paving stones,
filter cloth, geo-grid, bike racks, and sand fill for streetscape planters.

The project involved developing a 4.67-acre park with an irrigated playing field, walkway spaces, and planted areas. Located adjacent to School District No. 35 property, the park also included enhancements to the environmental habitat within the Latimer Creek network, focusing on native vegetation restoration and erosion control.
